BI Developer
Lokalizacja: WarsawFor our Client - one of the leading providers of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to service providers, we are looking for a BI Developer to join a Warsaw team.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing BI solutions based on Microsoft Business Intelligence stack
- Working in a cross-functional agile team which is working in full application development life cycle
- Working in one of Agile methodology like Scrum, Kanban
- Providing high-level estimations based on a given requirements
- Improving and maintenance software delivery environment (continuous integration, continuous delivery)
- Hands-on development and end-to-end responsibility for features delivery (initial requirement, architecture, story refinement, implementation, successful delivery to production and maintenance)
- Cooperating with a team to maintain the architectural/platform road maps, practices and standards
- Verifying incoming requirements by checking the architecture and code
- Following best software development practices to ensure a high-quality product and adherence to design objectives
- Sharing your knowledge and mentoring less experienced team members
Requirements:
- Experience in Microsoft BI Stack (in particular: SQL Server, SSAS Multi-Dimensional model, Power BI)
- Experience in working with DWH database platforms and understanding of Data Warehouse and ETL standards
- Understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum)
- Good level of writing and verbal communication skills in English
- Team-oriented – collaborative style willing to support others and ask for help when needed
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of version control repository (TFS, Git)
- Knowledge and interest in Microsoft Azure and Cloud solutions and services
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
