Your new company
Polish-Norwegian company, a global leader in the food industry is building a new team in Gdańsk and currently looking for experienced BI Developer who will join the Global IT Application team.
Your new role
You will join the Global Application team serving business users across the globe and you will report to the IT Manager of Business Support Systems. Holding the position of BI Developer you will be responsible for carrying various areas of responsibility and tasks. This responsibility includes modeling of ETL processes and their optimization, maintaining existing databases and actively participating in their development. What’s more, active participation in development and administration of Data Warehouse, development of BI environment, sharing reports, building internal applications for sharing reports (SSRS, SSAS, Excel) and participation in the development of BI tools.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to have very good knowledge of SQL, including - ETL and OLAP, several years of experience in the field of BI, finance or supply chain management area. Moreover, knowledge of Data Warehouse principles, supervision and process modeling, knowledge of BI systems - including QlikView, Microsoft Power BI. Knowledge of ERP systems (Comarch CDN XL, Comarch Altum) will be an advantage. All work is conducted in English therefore fluency in English is required.
