BI Analyst
Location: WarszawaMain responsibilities:
- Develop Executive level reports as well as presenting complex, customized analytic findings to the Elavon Senior Leadership team
- Deliver actionable and measurable insights that drive business for the organization
- Analyze customer behaviour and business performance data
- Assist in streamlining and broadening the access of analytics to strategic decision makers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, engineering or equivalent
- Very Strong SQL query writing experience essential.
- Performance tuning experience an advantage
- Ability to navigate, extract, explore, qualify, and analyze diverse internal and external data
- Ability to train and educate others
- Ability to self-govern Business Intelligence content and analytic environment
- Possess great communication skills and a passion for analysis
- Ability to articulate how data and analysis relates to Key Performance Indicators
- Understanding of what can be improved by better data and analysis
- Ability to provide stewardship/ evangelism to drive standardization, adoption, and acceptance on an ongoing basis
- Experience building multidimensional analysis models
- Experimental/R&D based mindset
- Ability to self-govern Business Intelligence content and analytic environment
- Proven track record in advanced Excel usage
Main responsibilities:
- Experience in working with Tableau and Webfocus
- Statistical Modelling experience in Regression, Forecasting, and Segmentation
- Extensive knowledge of financial analysis concepts and methodologies
- Expert knowledge of accounting theory practice, regulatory requirements, and reporting
- Excellent financial analysis, forecasting, and planning skills
