BI Analyst

Responsibilities:
The Business Insights Analyst designs and automates key commercial reports and dashboards that are used to guide business decisions. An important part of the role is navigate complex data to extract complete and accurate data and put this into an easy to understand dashboards/reports. This role is also responsible for identifying opportunities to highly automate/improve reports.

- Run and distribution key reports to relevant stakeholders
- Supports in identifying data integrity and quality issues
- Ensures accuracy, completeness, and consistency of incoming data from multiple sources
- Performs analysis on existing customer, transactional and web data and identifies root causes for inaccuracies
- Provides training on reports, data, and Cubes
- Partners with business for enabling self service analytics and reporting and provide support in
- getting data, creating reports
- Utilises proprietary tools to analyses data, create and distribute detailed reports with value-added commentary
- Bachelor Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent
- Up to 2 experience working as a data analyst leveraging Business Intelligence tools in a centralized data warehouse environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment
- Work effectively with various departments to resolve issues, reach agreements, and collaborate on strategic initiatives
- Expertise working in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience or familiarity with relational databases and statistical data analysis (intermediate skills in SAS or SQL a plus)
- Experience working with Business Objects
- Ability to conduct research for data and reporting issues as required
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
