We are currently looking for Vice President of Banking Operationswho will be supporting business lines to develop, implement and monitor of best in class service delivery for the group's customers. Your role will be towork closely with all entities to develop and implement customer centric and enhanced service delivery for all lines of business; providing a key service to business partners in all areas relating to ‘Service Delivery’; Drive, in conjunction with key stakeholders from Global Businesses and Group Service Delivery, alignment to Business Target Operating Model, execute against global strategy and deliver the financial plan.
You will be accountable for operations in Global Service Centre, Krakowwhich includes providing operational excellence, understanding of business needs for multiple countries in Europe, driving strategic projects of automation, standardization and performance improvement, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and minimal operational risk.
We are looking for Candidatewith minimum two years of senior management experience with proven strong performance. Experience in managing diverse teams and ability to translate strategic direction to operational terms are a must. Experience in managing operations, knowledge of banking operations business environment, highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, influence and engage across the core lines of business are required. Project and Programme Management experience, financial analysis and understanding of business profit and cost levers are also a must.
