For our client, international consulting & technology enterprise, we are currently searching for experienced Banking Distribution & Marketing Managerwho is willing towork in Warsaw, Poland.


Asa Banking Distribution & Marketing Manageryou will often travelto client locations across Europeand you will perform Business Process Improvement using various business consulting tools and methodologies, work with cross-functional client teams to perform gap analysis and identify improvement options, create detailed action plans that include organizational change management, resource planning, competitive strategies and alliances to embark on a new strategic direction, as well as develop methodologies into every stage of the project management lifecycle.

Moreover, you will gather facts (through research, interviewing, surveys, etc.), analyze the client's business, draw conclusions, prepare final reports, and give presentations. You will also establish working relationships with key client personnel and develop of collateral, methodology refinements, best practices updates and trends tracking, as well as create and support proposals.

We are looking for Banking Distribution & Marketing Managerbetween 8 and 12 years experience with leading consulting firms in Banking industry.To be successful you need to have experience in following Banking functions – Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, Distribution, Channel Management, Product Management, Customer Experience, Segmentation, Customer Service. You should also have good mix and exposure to Operations and Technology (operations, technology, front office, contact center, Internet Banking, Branch banking & Back office operations) regarding various challenges, business and technology imperatives in the Distribution and Marketing space. Familiarity with process design tools like Aris, Websphere Process Modeler will be an added advantage. Fluency in English and Polish is a must. Knowledge of: German, Italian, Russian, French or Spanish will be an asset.
