Backoffice Assistant - Customer Service
Miejsce pracy:Responsibilities:
• Registration and verification of international clients in newly established IT systems,
• Processing of documentation and financial processes,
• Cooperation in IT systems testing,
• Help of preparation of user’s manuals,
• Active support of operational implementation of new services.
Desired Skills:
• Advanced English (must have B2+ language level),
• Fluent Polish,
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, customer service area, financial institutions,
• Willingness to work in an international and dynamic environment,
• Good communication skills,
• University degree.
