We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Back-End Developer
Location: Kraków
A successful candidate will be a part of the team working with global business. The Krakow’s IT team consists of around 70 colleagues working cross functional and taking care of the applications helping thousands of people in different countries across the world to invest their money in various assets.
Key Accountabilities:
Will work closely with the Wealth pods on development of projects, including, but not limited to, SFP (Strategic Financial Planning), WD (Wealth Dashboard), RMP (Relationship Manager Platform), SRBP (Strategic Retail Broking Platform), and ROBO (online financial advisor)
Will design and develop solutions for above mentioned projects
Requirements:
Knowledge of Java v1.6/ v1.7/v1.8 & Spring framework, spring boot
Knowledge of message queues (JMS,WMQ,Kafka, ActiveMq)
Strong database skills (Oracle, SQL Server)
Knowledge of following tools/frameworks: Maven, Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub, SonarQube, AppScan, Nexus, Liquibase, wiremock
Proficiency in use of testing tools such as: JUnit (v4/v5), Mockito, AssertJ, Cucumber
Knowledge on API-led connectivity
Knowledge on micro service architecture
Fluency in English
Not required but desired:
Experience of working on Wealth platforms, or Financial Planning platforms
Knowledge of SDLC/Agile methodology is advantageous
AWS/GCP/Azure development experience
Ability to work with minimal supervision
