At the moment we are looking for:

- Manage SW Projects in an international and distributed environment
- Feature/Function planning and tracking and error planning and tracking
- Resource Planning and tracking
- Monitor and measure performance on Project Planning Level (metrics)
- Track & plan input/output deliveries from/to other competencies
- Main customer and PM contact for planning topics
- Risk Management on Project Level
- Negotiate timing and content of deliveries with OEM, sub-contractor and
- Project Team
- Being responsible and fight for quality improving work packages within planning (reviews, unit tests, quality gates etc.)
- Support failure analysis and tracking of resolution
- Support the software process rollout and compliance with Quality
- Assurance (QA) and Global SPICE Compliant Process (GSCP)
- Be compliant with Automotive SPICE MAN.3 and MAN.5
- Lead SW-Steering, stand-up and IP meetings
- Care for good company image
- Care for confidential information and company’s property
- Strong entrepreneurial attitude, high level of motivation and dedication
- Practical Knowledge of Agile software development methods
- Documented leadership, team oriented work experience, communication skills
- Experience in SW-Engineering
- Experience in SW Project Management 5-10Y
- Excellent SW-Project Management skills (methods, tools)
- Problem solving & negotiating skills
- Basic knowledge in SW-Quality-Processes(e.g. SPICE, CMMI)
- Ability to speak, to read and to write English
- Honesty in relation with company, clients and co-operators
Nice to have:
- MSc degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related
- Basic knowledge in SW-Quality-Processes(e.g. SPICE, CMMI)
- Ability to speak, to read and to write German
