Automation Tester (Remote)
Lokalizacja: RemoteQA/Test Engineer
We are looking for a person to:
- Prepare automation tests for micro service based hybrid cloud solution (Azure, AWS)
- Perform manual tests for functional and non-functional requirements
- Design and implement test cases and automation test components based on team's guidelines
- Maintain QA requirement tractability and defect management
- Able to autonomously implement assigned tasks; ensures agreed "definition of done" is met.
- Improves the team's QA frameworks/tools/processes/practices showing measurable improvements in terms of reduced bug count, time required to implement tests, time required to find defects, etc.
- Ensure high quality & reliability of our modular, scalable, high-performance, enterprise class, digital software platform and applications.
- Identify, record, document, and track quality issues, defects, performance issues, problems and bugs, ensure problem solving and resolution in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in an IT delivery environment and quality assurance and/or technology services environment. Excellent understanding of quality assurance frameworks.
- Knowledge of Selenium, C# (or Java or equivalent), SQL.
- Knowledge of Web API testing.
- In-depth engineering skills, technical and architectural understanding with particular focus on quality technologies.
- Able to autonomously work and knows when to reach out for help.
- Great team player helping others to achieve team goal.
- Diligent and disciplined about committed deliverables and timelines, participation in meetings/events, escalates early if deviations to committed plan are foreseeable.
- Experience in Agile environment is a plus
- Experience in Cloud technologies is a plus (Azure, AWS)
- Open minded, flexible, eager to learn, self-motivated.
- Nice to have: knowledge of SoapUI/Jmeter/Gatling (or equivalent tool)
