We are looking for Candidates for Test Lead role for one of our Client based n Poznan.
We have an immediate vacancy for a full time Test Lead reporting directly to the Global Head of QA. The position offers the right candidate the opportunity for career progression within a dynamic international growth focused company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for the planning and execution of all phases of testing and the management of the testing activities within a product development project; Plans or oversees the planning of the system and acceptance tests and coordinates and execution of these plans; Takes responsibility for early life-cycle validation and verification; Hands on test prep and execution of the tests, defect management, and reporting; Takes responsibility for the production and approval of all testing deliverables and achievement of testing milestones during a project; Co-ordinates all activities and all testers during each testing phase of a project or programme; Manages all risks associated with the testing and takes preventative action when any risks become unacceptable; Provides authoritative advice and guidance to colleagues on any aspect of testing, including training for testers and other developers where appropriate; Work with the development and product teams to understand the Functional requirements; Assist development and product teams in bottleneck investigation
REQUIREMENTS:
Essential: 3 rdlevel Qualification, Evidence of continuous education and training; Should work well in fast paced, customer and deadline driven environment; Should work well in handling, testing, prioritising multiple applications; Experience working with off-shore teams; Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role; Excellent communication, documentation and reporting skills; Good Experience with Test Management tools; Creation, execution and reviewing of test cases; Experience in Jira/Confluence; ISTQB Foundation Level Certification
Desirable: Automation test experience (e.g. Selenium); Mobile testing experience Manual/Automated (Highly desirable); Experience of testing microservices
