Automation Project Coordinator

Job description
- Support global project team in development of Automation Solutions
- Create and maintain project tools such as: project schedules, communication plans, risk logs, risk mitigation plans, reports.
- Ensure that personal and team goals are met according to agreed schedule
- Manage internal project communication
- Cooperate with project teams and clients in order to deliver products relevant to scope on time
- Propose and implement new ideas and solutions
- Prioritize project team’s tasks when necessary
- Cooperate with top technology companies, like Google, Microsoft, IBM and Amazon
Requirements
- Project managed environment experience: at least 2 years
- Very good command of English both written and verbal is a must
- Programming experience will be an asset
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation will be an asset
- Knowledge of Project Management tools as a must: risk logs, project schedules etc.
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Cascade project management methodologies as an asset
- Knowledge of Project Management software will be an asset
