At present we are looking for candidates for a position in the Advisory Real Estate Team in Warsaw
Associate/Senior Associate - Machine & Equipment Valuation Advisory
The successful candidate will become member of the team providing Real Estate and Machines & Equipment (M&E) advisory and valuation services
Key tasks:
- Providing M&E and commercial Real Estate valuation assignments;
- Building financial models;
- Research and analysis of M&E and Real Estate market data;
- Survey properties and M&E;
- Verification of data and information;
- Preparation of projects’ delivery: reports, presentations, opinions on value, summary;
- Support in creation and delivery of client proposals to obtain new engagements;
- Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel.
Requirements:
- Degree at university or college, preferably in Construction Machinery Engineering, Civil Engineering or Real Estate affiliated specialization;
- 2-4 years of experience at M&E and real estate valuations;
- Understanding of basic accounting rules for, fixed assets valuation;
- Machinery, Equipment or Real estate valuation certification is an advantage;
- Very good written and verbal language skills in English;
- Financial modeling skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Self- motivated, and confident personality;
- Team-player.
