Our Financial Advisory service offering is one of the largest and most comprehensive in the CE region and we have a thorough understanding of the unique operating practices of CE business through hands-on experience with a wide range of companies. We are dedicated to providing our clients with a full range of corporate finance and transaction support services including: mergers & acquisitions (“M&A”), transaction support services, valuation services, business modeling, public private partnerships (“PPP”).

Due to fast growth of our inancial Advisory practice we are looking for candidates for a position of

Senior Associate in the Financial Services Industry Valuation & Modeling Team

Key Responsibilities

• Participation in financial advisory assignments in merit and administrative aspects;
  
  
• Preparation of financial models for valuation, business planning and transaction advisory purposes;
  
  
• Preparation of reports summarizing the results of financial modeling and business valuation assignments;
  
  
• Taking part in due diligence projects in the financial institutions sector;
  
  
• Taking responsibility for effective project delivery;
  
  
• Supervision of work of junior colleagues;
  
  
• Contribution to business development and sales process.
   

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in the area of business valuation, mergers & acquisitions assignments;
  
  
• Experience in financial audit of Financial Institutions Group would be an advantage;
  
  
• Interest in Financial Institution industry;
  
  
• Professional Certification completed or in process ‑ ACCA, CFA, ASA or Polish Chartered Accountant (Biegły Rewident) would be an advantage;
  
  
• Excellent knowledge of Excel based tools;
  
  
• Excellent analytical skills;
  
  
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills;
  
  
• A strong command of spoken and written English;
  
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments;
  
  
• Ability to work effectively in teams with both clients and other Deloitte professionals.
