THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Brussel Belgium.
The client is a biotech company with an innovative immunotherapy program based on mRNA and after a series of investments are developing into the next phase of their research.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be working together on the development of drug formulations based on mRNA, with a strong hands-on mentality. You will take care of the implementation, optimization and validation of new methods as well. You will report to the Product Development Lead.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will perform laboratory tests to optimize the product formulation and the production process of mRNA based drugs. You will conduct analytical tests to check if the formulation is compatible with excipients, primary packaging and and dosing materials.
You write tests, methods, protocols and results; maintain and clean the lab area, keep track of inventory and lab supplies.
You are a highly skilled, motivated scientist that is able to work both solitary and in a team.
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc in Pharmaceutical or biomedical sciences, or similar and 2-4 years of relevant lab experience
- A Lab techniques BSc with extensive industrial laboratory experience is a viable alternative
- GMP-experience
- Hands-on and result focused
- Good command of English and MS Office
