Associate PRI Process Consultant
Location: Krakow
The Associate PRI Process Consultant role is acting in the capacity of trusted advisor to Local, and line of business senior management in support of the Site Lead PRI Poland. The role provides support to well-reasoned decisions in matters of, operational improvements.
The role is positioned to respond to any variety of questions and challenges posed by this audience. The role extends in understanding customer requirements, process improvement models and operating models and designing solutions/options whilst ensuring optimum functional alignment, ability to deliver and benefits realization. The Associate PRI Process Consultant supports change and a champion for continuous performance improvement across various GBs, mainly in the priority markets. The jobholder will be providing support to multiple internal engagements.
Key Accountabilities:
- For specific functional areas, deliver step change in operational performance (cost, service levels, and customer satisfaction) through identification and successful initiation of new process improvement initiatives aligned with local/regional transformation initiatives,
- Act as trusted advisor to customers and ensure commercially based decisions are taken
- on prioritizing and optimizing the project portfolio,
- Work with the businesses and delivery partner to develop objective, quantitative recommendations,
- Identify and recommend innovative solutions that are infused with emerging improvement trends and solutions while tempered with common sense,
- Working across regional and local teams to ensure commonality of understanding
- and objectives,
- Revisit projects post deployment on regular basis to validate business,
- Responsible for support of Six Sigma curriculum (Yellow Belt and Green Belt) across Reengineering Project Management,
- Build trusting relationships with internal customers by consistently delivering value add consultancy services and delivery that exceeds expectations and positions company
- for sustained success,
- Be knowledgeable of company business drivers and customers, the businesses of competitors, and emerging trends in the industry landscape,
- Facilitate trainings, forums with internal company teams.
Requirements:
- The Associate PRI Process Consultant typically has 3-5 years of relevant experience
- in process re-engineering, consulting, continuous improvement, process improvement, process excellence & the related areas,
- Experience in project management & senior stakeholder management,
- Experience in managing projects using Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt level, certification will be an advantage,
- Experience in working on international projects across multiple geographies/regions would be preferred,
- Exposure to Target Business and Operating Models and transformation business case (bottom-up & to-down),
- Understands how technology/process improvements adds value to the business
- and to the end customer,
- Overall financial/consulting services industry knowledge,
- Demonstrates good relationship management skills with ability to rapidly build contact
- with key stakeholders,
- Working across cultures and in matrixed organizational structures,
- Has knowledge of the change process, project lifecycle and consulting tools and techniques,
- Good working knowledge of functional area in an operational or consulting capacity,
- Good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Good financial acumen, ability to develop & analyse business case & interpret ROI,
- Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with business partners,
- Good English written & verbal communication skills, other languages will be an advantage.
