On this position your goal will be to support Ricoh Europe, Emerging Market Group and EMEA legal team [NN3] by providing assistance and advising on legal and commercial risks associated with business operations, their potential impact and suggested mitigating actions.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position you need to have professional legal qualification and written and spoken fluency in English as well as the ability to solve problems by presenting alternatives and proposed solutions to business risks. Having some experience in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and other legal documents is also required. Candidates who have commercial awareness with strong process orientation and good negotiating skills will stand out even more. If you are flexible and diplomatic, yet persistent in reaching objectives, you might feel strong on this position.

Your new role
On this position your goal will be to support Ricoh Europe, Emerging Market Group and EMEA legal team [NN3] by providing assistance and advising on legal and commercial risks associated with business operations, their potential impact and suggested mitigating actions.
More importantly you will be responsible for the following:
- Regular legal functions (taking care of NDAs, standard form contracts etc)[NN4]
- Drafting and negotiating of distribution agreements, procurement agreements and small to medium sized customer contracts using standard templates
- Developing and maintaining good working relationship with Group and Operating Company’s[NN5] in-house counsels and management to produce group wide effective contracts
