- Ensuring the inquiries are managed according to the service level agreements and regulations
- Advise and inform staff, managers and local HR about processes and HR tools
- Take responsibility for the accuracy of HR transactions
- At least 3 years of work experience in a customer service environment
- Fluent communication skills in 3 language, included English
- You have experience in HR Systems and processes
- Experience with standard operating processes and procedures

As a part of the HR Connect you will be a first point of contact for either staff, managers and local HR. You are a specialist on the global HR programs and tool and are able to help any staff member with questions and problems. The staff members are located in different countries with different support models to maintain.Responsibilities

Requirements
- A bachelor degree in HR, Economics or Business Administration- At least 3 years of work experience in a customer service environment
