For our Client, one of the fast growing, Shared Services Center in Poznań, we are looking for an administrative assistant.
Your new role
Being a part of a team, you will organise office social events, network with the group Maintain databases, contacts/distribution lists. You will plan and manage complex travel arrangements and itineraries, monitor emails and respond as appropriate, proactively screen and deal with calls and other correspondence professionally. You will cooperate with clients, teams and other contacts and organise client and internal conferences and personnel committees within the company when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You are ideal candidate if you are a strong team player with the ability to work under pressure and you can work on own initiative. We are looking for candidates with positive attitude with a willingness to provide the highest levels of internal and external client service and adaptable to ambiguity, different environments, expectations, personalities and constant change. You need to able to frame and articulate ideas well and actively give and receive feedback constructively. The succeed in this position you need to know English on C1 level.
