Responsibilities:
• managing customers’ purchase orders ,
• maintaining relationship with business clients, dealing with telephone and written enquiries,
• tracking and uploading relevant documents,
• close cooperation with internal departments,
• introducing ideas for process improvements.
Requirements:
• customer service experience would be an asset,
• fluency in English (C1),
• readiness to work on the afternoon shifts (14-23)
• University degree (preferably logistic or supply chain management faculty),
• strong interpersonal and organizational skills,
• willingness to develop professionally within procurement area,
• strategic way of thinking and attention to detail.
