For our Client, international company from the consulting area, we are looking for:
assistant - French speaker

Location: Poznań
- preferably administrative or customer service experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- fluent French (C1/C2 level) and conversational English (B1/B2 level)
- good knowledge of MS Office
- solid communication skills
- ability to manage various tasks against agreed timelines
- ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others
- willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience
- organize and maintain calendars for assigned consultants (teams and enegegement managers)
- provide a range of administrative support (e.g., travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission) to effectively provide leverage to consultants
- effectively liaise with clients, teams and other contacts
- manage all communications in a professional and efficient manner
- support the planning and execution of ad-hoc project projects, conferences and other off-site meetings
