For our Client, property expert in logistics and business space, we are currently looking for Candidates to work as a Junior Finance Officer.
Salary range: 5000-6500 PLN gross
You will join the Finance Division in Warsaw and work closely, under the supervision of the Polish Finance Manager on financial topics. You will assist him in the day-to-day management primarily: contact vendors and tenants to reconcile the settlements, issue manual sales invoices. The Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that invoices are scanned and proper PO’s are created for the above mentioned support services. You will be the main point of contact for all the support departments for P2P creation (Property Services/ Development/ Technical/ Marketing/ Office teams in Poland).
We are looking for Candidates who have an university degree in economics/finance and accounting area, preferably with 1-2 years experience in an accounting firm with a strong interest in real estate. The perfect candidate should be conscientious, have a high level of interpersonal skills and hands-on approach to their work tasks. The person we are looking for should also have a good knowledge of Excel and display a great level of affinity with Polish accountability GAAPS. Fluency in Polish and English is a must.
