Asset and Investment Director
We are seeking for a candidate with strong asset management experience, who will be responsible for developing funds CEE portfolio.
Client Details
For our Client - investment fund, which already owns a significant warehouse portfolio in CEE region - we are seeking for an experienced candidate for a position as Asset & Investment Director. Successful candidate will be responsible for creating an investment/asset management team responsible for operation within CEE region.
Description
- Be responsible for preparing and executing asset and investment strategy withing CEE region
- Prepare asset and investment team structure
- Evaluate and structure investment proposal to achieve business goals
- Manage all aspects of due diligence during acquisition/disposal process
- Develop and implement long term capital expenditure budgets and advise on prudent and intelligent investment in the properties (CAPEX, tenant improvements etc.) to maximise future value
- Formulate and implement annual strategic plans and budget to improve performance of properties (net income)
- Supervise external leasing and property management process
- Review and recommend lease terms, negotiate with prospective tenants to achieve desired rent and occupancy
- Prepare reports and presentations for Senior Management, Board of Directors and Investment Committee
Profile
- Master Degree within Finance, Business or Real Estate
- RICS qualification would be an advantage
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in managing a commercial property portfolio (preferably industrial market experience)
- Demonstrated strong understating financial aspects of asset and investment process
- Strong organisational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects
- Fluency in English
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
