For our Client, an international Automotive Company, we are looking for candidates for the position of Assembly Manager.
Person in this position will be responsible for Assembling Department management, including both people and processes. His/her duties will include process optimization, effective people management and team development. Assembling Manager will be also responsible for Lean procedures implementation.
We expect candidates to have minimum 5 years of experience in plastic components assembling, including at least 2 years as a manager, preferably in Automotive industry. Ideal candidate should be a strong leader and team-builder and being capable of managing a team of around 300 employees in dynamic environment.
