THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
As a Artwork Planner / Associate Project Manager you will be working for one of the biggest pharmaceutical company in the Netherlands.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be working as a member of the Artwork department.
• Write, maintain or support in preparing training material and provide on the job training
• Changes and/or additional responsibilities with associated tasks can be initiated by the Manager
• Be GMP compliance
• Report issues, challenges, difficulties etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Artwork planning; assign artwork project requests to designers who create, review and coordinate artworks
• Prepare and distribute forecast to both internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and distribute artwork metrics (project status, volume, right-first-time, lead times)
• Represent the labeling department in various teams
• Write and maintain (un)controlled documents
REQUIREMENTS
• HBO education
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Fluent in English, both in oral and written communication
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience in a labeling and packaging environment
• Familiarity with printing processes
• Affinity with languages
• Ability to work in an intense and changing environment
• Able to follow through on tasks and motivate others to meet deadlines
