Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Belgium.
A company leaded by technological innovation, pushing for market leadership in the surgical field. They take pride in the technology drive their R&D department has and always strives towards the most innovative products on the market to be able to provide their customers with the best products available.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be sole responsible of the sales team in your territory and lead a team of 3 Account Managers and 2 Product Specialists. Together with the Sales Manager BeLux you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of the Sales strategy in your area and to coach your sales team in this implementation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of local Sales Strategy
- Evaluation of your Sales team
- Build on Customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and annual sales objectives
- Be present on international and national congresses
- Coordinate customer education projects and customer support
- Monitor customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimal of 3-5 years Sales experience within the OR environment
- Succesfull sales experience in the Medical Devices industry
- Customer orientated
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French
- Thorough technical knowledge
