Area Commercial Excellence Manager CEE
International construction company is looking for the Area Commercial Excellence Manager responsible for all internal operational sales initiatives conducted within CEE region.

For our Client, an international leader in construction sector with its wide range of products dedicated to the investment and mass market channels we are currently looking for the Area Commercial Excellence Manager CEE. Chosen candidate will be in charge of internal Sales Force Effectiveness program and leading the implementation of this strategic initiative across the local Sales Networks within CEE region.
Description
- Optimising sales approaches and prioritising sales activity through smart KPI dashboards
- Steering sales performance and powering up sales talents
- Leading or supporting major Commercial Excellence projects in the CEE Area
- Deployment of Customer Experience initiative across the region
- Defining and implementing an automated Sales and Financial standard reporting and processes
- Capitalising on state-of-the-art sales tools including newly launched CRM
- Close collaboration with CEE Area Manager, Sales Management, Marketing and other departments
- Reporting directly to the Country Manager CEE
Profile
- Master Degree in Business Management or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant position in an international environment or Business Consulting
- Experience in contributing in similar sales effectiveness improvement projects is a major asset
- Potential to understand of sales performance drivers and associated key success factors
- Natural drive and results-orientation, offering strong growth potential within the company
- Capability to influence decisions and drive change through excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and pedagogy to ensure buy-in from all counterparts
- Extremely solid analysis and decision making skills
- Good organisation and planning (project management skills)
- Fluency in English is a must
