Architect
Location: KrakówMain responsibilities:
- Delivering architectural design on time and within budgeted hours
- Designing buildings of Industrial, Water and Transportation sector
- Modeling designed elements in BIM software
- Knowledge of applicable building regulations, design standards of the company and clients
- Stamping design packages
- Assigning tasks and coordinating with junior architects and technicians
- Performing peer review of other designers’ work
- Doing code compliance checks and preparing life safety plans
- Cooperating and coordinating design with engineers of other disciplines
- Supporting and developing architectural assistants
The minimum qualifications for this position are:
- Education: MSc in architecture
- Professional license in architecture
- Good knowledge of building codes and standards
- Good skills in architectural software (Revit, Autocad, Sketchup)
- English language skills minimum at intermediate level (B2 in EU)
- Personal skills: well organized, responsible
- Regular traveling required
- Experience in industrial projects would be an advantage
- Design experience in UK would be an advantage
