Key responsibilities:
- Transitioning of assigned activities from other business units
- Design of process documentation including process maps and desktop procedures
- Supervision and/or performing AR activities
- Leading a team of AR process specialists including workload management on time delivery in line with service level agreements
- Understanding of business needs and priorities and effective interaction with Clients and internal business
- Contributing to and supporting global process standardization and continuous improvement
In addition the candidate will participate in transition process where he will have an opportunity to create all process documentation and establish very good relationship with the clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of solid work experience in AR area
- 2+ years of people management in international environment including SSC/BPO
- Educational background in finance/accounting area
- Fluent in English is a must
- Experience in processes transition will be asset
- Solid organization, problem solving & attention to details skills
- Excellent communication, team work and management skills
- Ability to set priorities for work, assign tasks and execute results
- Experience in SAP system
- Good IT knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
- Strong motivation to work in a dynamic, international team and exposure to shared service environment
