Your new role
The main purpose of the role is provide leadership to the Accounts Receivable team (15 people) to ensure excellent internal and external customer service and proper business continuity. Your duties will include people management: recruitment, performance evaluation, training, developing competencies and coaching. You will be responsible for measuring department performance; providing support for month, quarter and year-end close activities; verifying that all internal and SOX controls are executed in order to guarantee complete, correct and secure transactions within AR. Your will be also leading and participating in projects of ongoing process improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in managing team will lead to your success - min. 2 years of experience on leader position. You need to have operational knowledge of Accounts Receivable or billing related experience. Your excellent English skills and higher education are required. Familiarity with SAP system, very well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks in very dynamic environment are essential as well.
