For our Client, an international company from SSC sector (start-up), we are looking for experienced Candidate for the position of:

AR Team Lead Miejsce pracy: Łódź

Main responsibilities:

Supervisory role to ensure team deliver operational targets,
Allocate day to day work across team,
Ensuring operationally, everything is being done to meet operational targets,
Assigns tasks, workload to ensure right focus on priorities,
Sets team objectives to achieve MSS/SSC/AR goals,
Review individuals performance,
Identify and facilitate process improvements (make them happen),
Reporting and monitoring metrics, including analysis, explanation of variances and remedial recommendations,
Problem resolution with/for teams.

Requirements:

Accounting, Finance or Business Degree, or equivalent, required,
Fluent English,
Knowledge of French language will be an asset,
5+ years AR experience required, ideally gained in a US owned international organisation,
Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and basic proficiency of Power Pt & Word required,
SAP/BW/TM1 experience is desirable,
Good analytical, communication and organization skills required,
Good theoretical and practical knowledge of different financial and analytical techniques and the capability to plan own work and respect deadlines,
2+ years Supervisory experience preferred,
2+ years Project team experience, to include those that support finance initiatives with the business functions preferred.
