For international company, which decided to establish new Business Centre located in the heart of Katowice, we are looking for ,b>Accounts Receivable Professionals who will take part in creation of a new team and process stabilisation.
Responsibilities on this position will include daily invoicing, allocating payment received and reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue bills, or other payments as well as issuing weekly & monthly report related to collection. You will act as the support for sales in dealing with customers and manages overdue accounts. Moreover, you will have the chance to implement improvements to new process, and be a part of a unique project in Katowice.
As the team will be completely new we are looking for people not only with analytical and organisational skills but also for professionals with energetic and positive attitude who will create, friendly work environment and add their value to company success. You should present at least 2 years of experience within AR / OtC / Collectionprocess and speak very good English. Knowledge of additional language: French, Spanish or German will be considered as an advantage.
