On behalf of our Client, highly respected global company which develops Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, we are looking for an AR Specialist.
Your main responsibility as an AR Specialist will be accounts reconciliation, review customers invoices and payments, update customer master file and collaborate with various departments and management levels. Within the role you will be also responsible for contacting customers for payment, escalating collection issues, clearing credit notes and associated dispute cases and preparing periodic statements for customers. You will be also a single point of contact for assigned customers.
In order to be successful on this position you should have bachelor’s degree in economics/ finance related discipline with 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Credit to Cash. We seek a professional with excellent analytical and communication skills, very good knowledge of Excel and strong customer service acumen. Knowledge of any ERP system(SAP, PeopleSoft, Navision) will be an asset. You need to speak fluent English.
