For our Client- global company- we are looking for motivated Candidates for an AR Manager position.
While working on this position you will be responsible for setting up AR processes within company as well as monitoring international account receivable and credit processes. In your scope of duties will be also group reporting, implementing and monitoring factoring processes, improving processes of: collection and invoicing qualities, cash flow as well as cooperation with credit and rating agencies. You will also manage the team of specialists.
An ideal Candidate will need to be self-motivated individual with ideally minimum 6 years of finance experience within Accounting& Collection, team management, IT and communication skills and “can do” attitude. Economic education, very good knowledge of Polish GAAP and IFRS is a must. Successful candidate must have the maturity and ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality of work and effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.
We are looking for Candidates with fluency in English. Proficiency in SAP as well as Excel are strongly preferred.
