For one of our Clients, the SSC in Poznań, Randstad Finance is looking for a hands-on and process-oriented Finance Experts for the positions of:
AR accountant with languages (French, Italian or Spanish)

Responsibilities:
- monitoring and processing of outstanding balances / open item lists to the external customers
- preparing of the aging reports with comments and providing to relevant Finance/ Sales recipients
- preparation, verification and processing of customers´ dunning letters with delivery to external customers
- analysis of the debtors accounts, reconciliation of accounts, compensations
- processing of payments to external customers
- reporting of receivables management to relevant Finance/ Sales managers worldwide
- university degree in Fiance and Accounting, Economics or equivalent field of study
- >3 years of professional experience in Accounting with knowledge of project accounting and accounts receivable
- excellent verbal and written language skills in English, additional proficiency in French, Italian or Spanish is a must
- very good communication skills
- ability to review and interpret financial data
- strong motivation to work in a complex organization focused on results and KPIs
- literacy with ERP system, advanced Ms Excel skills
