ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Processing received payments • Handling of deductions • Generation of customer statements • Raising manual invoices and credit notes • Clearing credit notes • Archiving relevant AR documents • Participating in monthly and yearly closing • Account analysis and reconciliation • Processing maps and desktop procedures preparation/update
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• Very good command of Italian and English (min B2) • Min one year experience in finance & accounting • Knowledge of any other European language would be an asset • University degree (Finance or Accounting preferably) • Accounting knowledge would be an asset • Good MS Excel skills • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage • Attention to details and analytical skills • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
