Person hired on this position will be responsible for providing high quality accounting services for assigned Client’s businesses by performing daily, weekly or monthly Invoice to Cash accounting activities.

Person hired on this position will be responsible for providing high quality accounting services for assigned Client’s businesses by performing daily, weekly or monthly Invoice to Cash accounting activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing
- Management of the dispute reconciliation process, dunning process, overdue process
- Credit Control (Management of the credit limit exceeded process in accordance with the credit policy)
- Processing incoming Payments / Bank
- Cash Collection - contact with Clients via phone and email
- Closing of the month and year, preparing special reports
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written and oral skills of Italian or French
- Very good command of English language
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AR department
- Experience in customer care within international environment will be an advantage
- Positive, enthusiastic and proactive
- Interpersonal and team building skills
