Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer / concessionaire master data
- Process customer credit and debit
- Invoice customer
- Incoming payments application
- Invoice supplier / concessionaire / others
- Process accounts receivable
- Settlement of later income
- Contribute to Accounts Receivable process improvement initiatives as required
- Contributes to achievement of Accounts Receivable performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements
- Bachelor´s study in Economics or Business Administration with Major in accounting
- 1-3 years experience in in accounting area - preferably Accounts Receivable
- Very good English (B2) across finance organization
- French – communicative level
- Very good communication skills (oral and written skills) as per customer requirement
- Experience working within AR process
- Good working knowledge of SAP, Scanning and workflow technology would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Windows Office (Excel) would be an advantage
