Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of incoming payments
- Management of prepayment process: creation of reports with orders on prepayment block, releasing orders from prepayment block, prepayments posting and clearing
- Special payment processes management
- Customer refund process
- Updating of Customer Master Data
- Reports creation
- Dunning Letters Preparation
- Calculation and posting of late payment interests
- Manual (FI) invoices creation
- Creation & sending of duplicates
- Process changes and improvement
- university degree, Master of Finance/Accounting or similar
- experience in accounting: 1-3 years
- very good knowledge of English
- good knowledge of SAP/ERP will be an asset
