For one of our Client, newly established SSC company, we are looking for motivated accountants to join AR department in our Client’s office in Czech Republic (Kladno)

Responsibilities:
- engage in establishing a high-performing AR department in the new BSO
- form new collaborate relationship with internal and external stakeholders and thereby ensure sustainable implementation of the global AR processes in EMEA
- cover a number of different locations in different countries, which requires strong cultural understanding, various ways of working and complex stakeholder management.
- managing basic execution of AR processes in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, including
- interact with Order to Cash process including Order Management, Allocation, Sales, Customer Logistics, IT and Distribution
- proactively be in contact with our customers related to late/missing payments
- potentially be able to analyse financial statements / annual reports
- BSc level within relevant finance area
- +2 years of relevant experience gained in a similar role
- preferably proven working experience in International accounting environment
- analytical, detail - and high-quality oriented
- Microsoft Office at experienced level
- SAP experience is a requirement
- english at advanced level is a requirement
- polish advanced language
