What is the location? Warsaw ( nearby of Chopin Airport)
What is the approximate salary? 6000 - 7500 PLN
We are looking for a communicative and open-minded person who will act as Client's representative in terms of close contact with users. Understanding current priorities and urgency is a must together with previous experience in similar role. Proactive approach and willingness to deliver bestadequate, comprehensible and functioning solution to the customer. Supporting users' needs, requires shift work system - we would like to meet with the candidates who are open for this arrangement.

Skills & Competences:
- 2+ years of experience in similar position
- English min. B2
- Strong skill to understand complex problems
- Basic WMS and logistics understanding
- Basic operative system knowledge (AIX, Windows)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process customers reported incidents, problems, questions, requests or enquiries
- Securing usage of methodology, policies, support guidelines, tools and process
- Log and close cases according to support guidelines
- Identify system and send to the responsible support department
- Prioritise according to customer’s Service Level Agreement and business impact of the incident
- Initiate and follow up investigation of reported cases until closure
- Ensuring that the customer gets a professional treatment and keeping business sense in all situations
- Notify and alert at any external or internal IT disturbance
- Contribute with multi-tasking capabilities, including different kind of assignments
- Maintaining customers support account
- Day to day running of staffing in the different support lines
