For our client, a global courier delivery services company with Business Centre located in Kraków, we are currently looking for multilingual candidates with IT background to fill the role of:
Application Support Specialist
As Application Support Specialist you will be apart of the central Customer Technology support team. This group provides quality support to internal and external customers on automation products and works together with internal teams to enhance these automation products in order to provide a better service to the FedEx customers.
Your key responsibilities will involveproviding quality support to internal and external customers during business hours; leading initiatives to improve the quality of the automation products and the associated product support. Once you gain experience you might become an owner of a specific application, this role will involve software testing. You will work in close collaboration with the regional Customer Technology Support, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing teams. You may need to travel - occasionally.
We are looking fora team player who is well organized, highly motivated and customer focused. That person should also have positive attitude and a passion for technology. Ideal Candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in IT support role – experience in supporting international users is a plus.
Excellent English as well as fluency in 2 additional languages from the following language pool: German, French, Italian, Spanish, Czech is required.
