For our Client, well-known international company located in Katowice we are looking for a person interested in the role of Application Support Specialist.
Your new role
As Application Support Specialist you will perform 2nd level of support and incident reporting and analysis. You will specialize on E2E-process and on certain systems and modules. Your main duty will be to investigate, resolve and/or escalate tickets reported to the 2nd level. You will have to achieve a high 2nd level resolution rate with adequate documentation, comply with procedures, segregation of duties and service levels as well as contribute to knowledge management.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have 2+ years' of previous experience on similar position and first steps in customising and configuring various systems.
You should also have knowledge of technologies such as SharePoint, Intranet, CRM, CMS, SQL, HTML/CSS, Java/C#/C++/Net, Reporting, Interfacing with SAP ERP, MDM, CRM and PIM solutions,E-Commerce Systems.
Additionally, you need to be fluent in English, German is a plus as well as good technical and soft skills due to a lot of collaboration with 3rd line and other IT teams which there will be a lot of in this role.
