On behalf of our key Client, international software house, we are currently looking for Application Support Analyst.
Application Support Analyst is responsible for providing first response to incoming client calls in conjunction with responding to client requests submitted through customer service ticketing system. Additionally the person will identify complex issues, escalate as necessary and follow-up to ensure resolution combined with on-point results. You will provide on-the-spot individual training to Client and communicate upcoming enhancements. On this position you will also create and/or run SQL queries in order to access information in multiple environments.
Ideal Candidate has previous experience on similar position and MS Office and SQL knowledge. Due to working environment fluent English and Polish is required. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science is preferred. Experience involving customer exposure element in Security Technologies will be an advantage.
