- Keep an overview on UX and how new functionalities fit in the general UX of the platform;
- Redesign dated elements of the platform to fit current day UX patterns;
- Roll-out a design ops approach with the UX team;
- Extend the atomic design library with new elements.
- Strong operational execution;
- Self-starter, entrepreneur, can do mentality, team-player.
- Extensive experience in designing for web (responsive & mobile first);
- Able to review business requirements, identify issues and generate possible solutions to complex problems whilst establishing good standard operating procedures and design guidelines;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across our organization both internal and external.
Essential knowledge & skills:
- Strong contemporary web design skills;
- Strong communication & presentation skills;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Ability to work efficiently in virtual teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of web design experience;
- Minimum of 1-2 years of atomic design & design ops experience.
