For one of our clients, an international company with a stable SSClocated in Warsaw, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of AP TEAM LEADER.
AP TEAM LEADERwill be responsible for managing a team of Specialists, incl. recruiting, motivating and evaluating, as well as supporting them operationally when needed, in the process of booking of cost invoices and employee expenses. AP TEAM LEADERwill be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal procedures and relevant accounting regulations, coordinating period-end-closing process, controlling and analyzing the correctness of the work performed by the team, actively participating in audits and projects aimed at continuously improving the processes, all this in close cooperation with the business.
We are looking for candidates with an Academic Degree in Accounting or related field, with strong knowledge of accounting regulations and 3+ years of professional experience in finance, including some experience in managing a team. Fluency in English is required (both written and spoken).
