Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Treasury Manager to lead the Treasury accounting process for its SSC.

Our Client is an international company which is currently developing their SSC in Warsaw.
Description
Supervising a team of 5-7 Accountants including coaching, motivating, training and recruiting employees
Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions by AP department
Reconciliation of Accounts Payable accounts
Solving operational escalations/ issues
Managing month-end closing activities and supervising financial reporting
Monitoring and analyzing team performance (KPIs)
Playing a key role in continuous improvement projects
Close cooperation with Accounts Payable Management
Profile
Higher education in Finance/Accounting or Economics will be an advantage
Experience in a similar role
Min. 4 years of experience with Accounts Payable process
Supervisory experience is a must
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
