Our Client, TATE&LYLE a prestigious and highly respected global Company, who opened new Shared Service Centre in Lodzis urgentlylooking for:
AP Team Leader
The successful Candidate will be responsible for the smooth transition of finance work from existing locations into a newly created shared service location. This will involve planning, process documenting, work-shadowing, training new teams and stabilizing processes. Managing a purchase-to-pay team and help in creating a best-in-class global shared service function with a focus on customer service and process efficiency.
Moreover the duties will include:
- management of a team providing purchase to pay services to a number of business units and territories,
- in the initial migration phase process mapping and documentation of AP processes,
- training newly recruited team in the processes,
- delegation / prioritization of team workloads,
- monitor SPAs/KPIs,
- vendor query handling and accounts reconciliations,
- travel and entertainment claims and P-cards,
- responsibility for customer care and complex query resolution,
- identify opportunities for process efficiency and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- min. 2 years' experience of the purchase to pay cycle gained in an international organisation (ideally shared services),
- professional experience on supervisor or team leader position,
- fluent English language skills,
- very good IT skills (SAP, MS Office - Word, Excel),
- experience in transitioning work to new locations (especially knowledge transfer) would be an asset,
- change/ project management skills would be an asset,
- willingness to undertake significant travels to US in first 6 months in role and working in shifts.
