Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner in order to ensure stock and overheads are accurately recorded and suppliers are paid according to their terms. You will be in charge of investigating and resolving queries from other departments related to invoices; reconciling discrepancies between supplier and company to ensure correctness of the data; undertaking payments run according to company policies; providing support to the team and assisting with month-end close activities. You will also participate in investigating areas for process improvements to enhance business performance.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful on this position you need to have at least 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in SSC environment. To be successful you need to speak very good English and have university degree. You need to be motivated and flexible to take part in creation of the new SSC in Wrocław. The role requires trip to UK for knowledge process transition (up to 4-6 weeks).
