AP Specialist/Expert

Responsibilities:
- Support SSC in handling deviations to standard process flows
- Collaborate with vendors on resolution of outstanding accounting cases
- Code and approve invoice exceptions, support transactions and resolve issues
- Review and approve consolidated billing above a pre-defined threshold
- Follow up on and resolve open balances and inquiries
- Review and authorise payment proposals
- Resolve rejection failures in payments
- Review monthly direct debit reports and advise updates/changes
- Review and approve vendor master data changes
- Support reconciliation of the T&E costs
- Review, control and act on relevant balance sheet account reconciliations
- Debit Balances / Overpayment recoveries
- Process bad Debt Reviews
- Handle bank reconciliations
- min.2-4 years of AP/GL experience
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Finance/Accounting degree
- Culture awareness
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical skills
